Our firm has participated as local advisor in the financial transactions that allowed the attainment of such assets as well as the continuity of the operations in Venezuela. The firm has wide experience in the legal advising of regulatory matters in mining and environmental matters, doing legal audits and the required reports according to the mining and environmental regulations in Venezuela; the follow-up and compliance with guarantees, obligations contained in the mining titles, as well as the administrative proceedings to obtain its granting or renovation. Finally, the members of our firm have broad experience in the constitution of mixed mining companies, having participated in the constitution of the first mixed mining company in Venezuela.
