Consultores Jurídicos represents clients in disputes of civil, commercial and labor nature before Venezuelan courts in legal cases involving civil and commercial contracts, execution of guarantees, claims of compensation for damages, bankruptcy, among others. Likewise, the firm has directly acted in or advised in the strategy of civil lawsuits, divorces, partition of communities of heirs and such. We have also have represented and advised Venezuelan and international clients in mediation and international arbitration proceedings according to the rules of the rules of the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, CIADI and it's complementary mechanism, and locally according to the rules of the CACC and CEDCA.
